Story Overview
The protagonist, Kohei, returns to his ch*ldhood hometown for university after years away. There, he reconnects with Misaki, his former neighbor and older sister figure, who once seemed like pure sunshine—radiant, confident, and always teasing. But now, behind her playful smile, there’s something else: loneliness, quiet struggles, and a hesitation she never had before.
As the sweltering summer days pass, friendships, rivalries, and hidden desires emerge, pulling at the fragile connection Kohei and Misaki share. Unseen forces linger beneath the surface, and their bond is not the only one forming. As tensions rise, so does the risk—can he protect what he cherishes, or will someone else take it from him?​
